Click and collect

If you are based locally, we offer a free click and collect service at the brewery, Monday-Friday (4-6pm) and Saturday (12-6pm).

Delivery charges

We use DHL’s next day delivery service. Orders received by 1pm will be picked up the same day (Monday to Thursday). Orders received after this time may take up to 2-3 days to arrive.

With the current situation surrounding Covid-19, we are experiencing some delays to orders. Please bear with us.

A delivery charge of £4.99 will be applied to each order (Monday-Friday), with a surcharge applied for Saturday deliveries and those sent to the Highlands and Islands. We are subsidising the surcharge set by the courier.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order. Where delivery requires a signatory upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. A delivery driver will not deliver alcohol to any persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt. No refund will be considered for orders made by minors.

Deliveries are collected Monday to Thursday and therefore orders processed on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday (unless a Saturday supplement is paid).

We deliver to the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland).

Orders over £50 are eligible for free shipping.

The ordering process

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Jawbone Brewing , followed by an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

If you’re not in when delivery is made, a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and an additional delivery charge may be applied to redeliver.

Due to the nature of the brewery shop, we reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Prices are also subject to change without notice. We retain the right to refuse any order.

Refunds

Not delivered after three days? Damaged box or beers? Please get in touch with us so we can rectify the situation.
